Living Mission provides a Web3 staking platform that allows users to:

• Stake cryptocurrency tokens across multiple blockchain networks
• Delegate tokens to validator nodes
• Earn staking rewards
• Monitor staking performance and analytics
• Access enterprise-grade security features

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet private keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

By using our staking services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may decrease significantly
• Staked tokens may be subject to lock-up periods during which they cannot be withdrawn
• Slashing penalties may occur due to validator misbehavior or network issues
• Smart contract vulnerabilities could result in loss of funds
• Network upgrades or forks may affect staked assets
• Regulatory changes may impact the availability of services

We charge fees for our staking services as disclosed on our platform. Fees may include commission on staking rewards and transaction fees. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform are owned by Living Mission or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Living Mission shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Living Mission and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, you may withdraw any unstaked tokens according to the applicable network rules.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Living Mission is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
